Project Management

Project management carries out co-ordination and management of the project.

Project Management Group (PMG)

The project manager, the national subproject managers and the managers of each partner will constitute a project management group co-ordinating the activities. The project group will meet twice a year (in Finland, Spain, Italy, Austria, France and Belgium).

Project Steering Committee (PSC)

The Steering Committee monitors, directs and advices the project towards desired results via meetings during the project and the reports. It supports the project manager in project management issues and informs about the progress and the results of the project to its background organisations. Steering committee decisions and instructions are counselling, the final liability of the project falls to the project partners according to the contract. Steering committee members represent as well as possible the stakeholders and beneficiaries of the project results. They are links between the project and the society.
